Online Bookings - Blood Tests Posted or Updated on 7 Mar 2022

We are pleased to announce that blood test appointments can be booked online using Patient Access.

To have access to online services, please follow the steps below:

1.   Contact the surgery to ensure we have your up-to-date contact details (address and telephone number). You will also need to provide an email address. 

2.   The surgery will provide you with the details that you need to create your online services account (Linkage Key, OSD Code and Account ID).

3.   Go to https://www.patientaccess.com , click on “register” and follow the steps required using the details provided by the surgery. 

Please note: if you already have a Patient Access account, you do not need to register again. You can sign in using your usual user ID/ email address and password.
